Race Spec Whoop
TL Racing is making its strides into tiny whoop racing. Where microdrones race in indoor tracks through LED gates at high speeds. Going from a stock Air65 to a custom race whoop TL racing has created a very dialed race drone that will whoop everyone at the track. Now available for sale as well. (please contact us for a build)

3D Printed Trailers
We've been making custom trailers for about 2 years but now have recently started selling them for 24 up to 40 inch boats, both catamaran and v-bottom style, triple axle and double axle. We've also added accessories like functional tool boxes that hold propellers, led lights and functional jack. The trailers also have some suspension. They look really scale and go well with 1/10 scale RC Trucks. There is a hydroplane trailer in the works that will be able to tilt and have a very nice finish

K1 Max Upgrades
The K1 Max is the first XYcore printed owned by TL Racing. It has opened many doors into printing more advanced materials and larger more detailed prints at faster speeds. Since this printer is 9 years newer then my FDM printers it has become the core asset in making customs part at the moment like the trailers and whole aircraft. This k1 will be rooted and connected to my print farm, upgraded to handle carbon filaments, upgraded cooling fans and a new printer head.

NAMBA RACING
3D Printed 41 Apache Boat
This is TL Racing's first 3D printed boat build. Trevor has always dreamed of owning an Apache boat. Using newer printer technology allowed the entire hull to be printed in 2 days with very high details. Total length its 39 inch's with an 8 inch beam. This Apache build will feature twin 36mm motors later upgrading to 4092s with twin 42mm 3 blade propellers, TFL trim tabs, twin speedmaster stingers and speedmaster rudder. The boat will first be sanded and covered in epoxy, then sanded and glassed over with fiberglass using 3 to 6 layers and then filler, gelcoat and final paint to give it a real boat finish. The hatches will be able to open like a real apache using a open channel on the remote control. The build will also include water exhaust outlets from RC Boats Blitz to add to the scale look. Scale Drivers are also being made along with scale throttles and steering wheel. The goal with this project is to make it look scale but run like a real boat speeds. The build at is current stat is still in the sanding and glassing phases. These will eventually be for sale as ready-to-run or custom built.

3D Printed Fixed Wing
This is the Stallion by FLightory, a 3D Printed fixed wing that can fly up to 4 hours depending on payload and battery configuration. You can buy the files and print them yourself. We also can build and rig large 3d printed fixed wing or medium size drones. This specific build is going to be used for a aerial testbed with long endurance capabilities and autonomous flight. The plane has only the wings and fuselage printed right now. Carbon tubes have been ordered and on the way. Once more materials arrive the electronics like flight controller and esc will be picked. This build will also have custom wiring harnesses to allow the whole electronics bed to be taken out for maintance or swapping sensors

TL Racing has join NAMBA district 1 and is looking to compete in Fast Electric Hydro and FE Mono. The Delta Force Hydro build from TL has being slowly getting dialed in regularly hitting over 55mph and taking corners on rails. Prop selection is getting more dialed as well switching over the prather propellers made a big difference. We still have a more things to change to get it perfect. Freds Aeromarine might be the frontrunner for hydro because of its handling of rougher water. The fountain which is now rigged with a 36 mm motor has been put back together and is waiting for testing to be done. The Fountain is coming back after it sunk during testing and was spotted with a drone and pulled from the bottom. We added new battery trey with better center of gravity and smaller trim tabs. The turn fins added make the handling a lot smoother in the turns.
